Our organization
Ag Property Solutions was founded in January 2009 as a general contractor and provider of warehousing, repair, and maintenance services to the swine industry. In early 2018, Standard Nutrition Company (SNC) acquired APS, and in July of the same year, APS acquired Win-Win, LLC, a turnkey general contractor operating and building animal facilities, with an emphasis on sow complexes.
The combined company positioned APS to provide its clients with a greater depth of talent and resources. It also extended its geographic reach, giving APS a competitive advantage and an ability to build upon the construction, supply, and technical services required today by animal producers.
Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Standard Nutrition Company (SNC) is a privately held, agricultural holding company that has been offering quality products and services across multiple markets since it was founded in 1886.
